At Refined Floors we are a small, family-owned business that concentrates on top-end mechanically polished concrete — honing of alfresco areas, BBQ areas, pool surrounds and the like. Typically for the domestic sector, though we cater for larger commercial jobs as well.

We travel South Australia completing jobs and are fully self-sufficient, with a 3-phase generator set up in the back of the truck. That means we can service anywhere, anytime — 24/7 for floor levelling and glue removal, domestic and commercial.

The latest polishing equipment
An HTC RX6 remote-control grinder does the heavy work — a 400 kg-plus machine that produces the stone exposure smaller grinders simply cannot reach on hard concrete.
Good machinery, sound technique and a wealth of knowledge are the key to an unbeatable high-end finish. If you want your floor to carry its shine year after year, it matters that no step in the polishing process is skipped — and that the machine on your slab is capable of the finish you were quoted.
